i can add the 1st FBA DLL/Com registration as resource, when adding the 2nd  FBA DLL/Com registration, it complains for "A resource with identical properties of FBA DLL/Com registration already exists".

The problem is a resource name conflcit. Change the Name Properties of the resources so they don't conflict: "FBA DLL/COM Registration" to "FBA DLL/COM My.dll"
