I am new to ASP.net so suggest me guide line for following requirement

the user to upload their photograph.
2. The photograph should meet the following criteria.

b. Dimension of the photo image - 240 X 320 pixels
c. File size - should be in the range of 30 Kbytes to 150 Kbytes
