All one needs to know is: this is a single-core CPU with the instruction-set architecture x86. Everything related to the CPU is totally irrelevant, no matter what software is used:

Even though this is a pretty much obsolete and weak configuration, I'm sure that many used it with IIS and most likely IIS7, so what?
