I'm working on a control library and the style resouces are in another project's(shell/container project) App.Xaml. Expression Blend 4 will prompt for a design-time resource dictionary but only has a list of resources from inside the same project. I've tried hacking the DesignTimeResources.xaml file but it seems it can not reference outside the control library folder structure. Any ideas?
