I am trying to create a Silverlight video using EW4 SP2. I want the video to download and display a frame, but not start until the user selects Play. I can create the video OK, but when I try to follow the help which states:

This is not shown in the dialog box in my installation of EW4. I have checked for updates but I believe I have the latest version.

Help isn't alway up to date (especially in this case, where it's Encoder, not EW, that is involved in what you are seeing.  That is the EW3 screen.
