Same here, we've got terribly low download statistics in our Dashboard for April 18 - April 20, though today is April 22 already (with 2-days delay). Tens of developers report the same. We all do believe it's impossible, it's either silly mistake or the whole system is not working as it supposed to. It leads to frustration of business processes and under these circumstances is impossible to coordinate and conduct any PR and marketing activities synchronously. Such outages never happen with Apple App Store and iTunes Connect reporting, and no matter what it looks by fact that Apple's care about developers is much better compared to this situation.
