I need to control the size of my ModalPopup Panel which contains a gridview? The popup (Panel) grows with the number of records in the gridview and eventually covers the entire window. When that happens I can't see the "OK" button just under the gridview.

I tried to set the Height and Width of the panel and the gridview to no avail. In addition, I want to have the scroll bars in the gridview when its size is greater that that of the panel.
