I've been using a simple kiosk mode application written in C# instead of explorer.exe. I've noticed some of Windows CE and BSP driver wait to SH_SHELL ready. Must a Windows Embedded CE 6.0 kiosk application register SHELL API and signal the event SYSTEM/ShellAPIReady?
