I have been trying to update my Samsung Focus that is currently running OS version 7.0.7390.0 to 7.0.7392.0 and am receiving an error code 80180089.  I have reset my phone to factory specs at least 4 times and have called customer support from ATT, Samsung and Microsoft.  ATT sent me to Samsung, Samsung sent me to Microsoft and Microsoft referred me back to Samsung.  I have downloaded the Windows Phone Support tool and it will not recognize my phone to do its thing.  What can I do to get my phone to update properly?
