I have a new record window that pops up sometimes when you try to add a new record. Take for example, I have a table called City, which has a relationship to a table called State. Each City must have a state, each state can have many cities. Fairly simple. In the designer when you click to add a new city, it shows a drop down for the state in the new window, but no ability to add a new state in that window, just a drop down. How do I enable you to add a new state on the fly so to speak without making it a mess. I'm sure its rather simple but for the life of me I cannot figure this one out. Someone slap me on the back of the head and point me in the right direction please.

We do not support customization of the built-in "Add/Edit Item" dialog.  However, you can create your own command and pop-up a new screen, or use our built-in modal dialog support to create a dialog which can be customized.
