Hi, all!
I have a 64 bit computer and I am having a problem installing a plugin. The plugin requires that I download their application framework 3.0 before I can complete the installation. The OS was Windows 10 Home but I upgraded to PRO to get the framework to install. The upgrade didn't correct the problem, though.
For some reason, every time I try to install the framework 3.0 I get this error message:
Error 1001: Transaction Manager is not available. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8004D01B) I have tried absolutely every thing I can think of to solve this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
