I have specifically enabled location cap id on the manifest, yet after deploy it fails with an exception indicating ' Your App does not have permission to access location data.'  I am ready to bail on the Windows phone, it appears to be a 2nd rate platform.  For example, what were they thinking when they placed the search icon in the lower right of the phone?  It is far too easy to accidently hit that and end up at Bing, which is clearly a marketing decision 'lets force the users to go to Bing as much as we can possibly can'.  That is just plain wrong, Microsoft!  Here is the key -- make the end user love the phone, not hate it.  And make sure developers think that is your goal, because it sure does not seem that way.
