In order to try and improve boot time on my PC (Windows 7 ultimate 64) I installed Microsoft toolbox and in command prompt ran  command (xbootmgr -trace boot -prepSystem -verboseReadyBoot) , everything appears to work fine, runs trace x6 and saves to Prefetch, problem comes at the end when I receive a Performance Analyser message as follows :- Couldn't find user-mode logger in active logger list.  Unable to stop trace.  Couldn't find kernel logger in active logger list.  Couldn't find user-mode logger in active logger list.

This comes a bit late but when xbootmgr runs it creates a log file in the Windows Perfoemance Toolkit folder, did you review that to see if it had any further information?
