I wonder why the WAB limits the size of the displayed webpage to 576px (on a 1920px display)? If my registration page needs more horizontal space it looks awful in the WAB. Should be use an iframe instead of the WAB for such scenarios then?

It just does.  Sometimes you can get around this by using the mobile version of the site however.
