My Dragon 410 updated to latest insider build overnight. Now I can't seem to get anything to deploy.  Error is:

Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State
Error  DEP0100 : Please ensure that target device has developer mode enabled. Could not obtain a developer license on x.x.x.x due to error 80004005.    

If I go to the web device portal and go to Debug-> Start Visual Studio Remote Debugger, I get this error:

Error  DEP6953 : Failed to launch remote debugger with the following error: 'DEP6953 : Failed to launch remote debugger with the following error: 'Command failed: 0x800705b4'.'. program1
