After updating my Intel Joule 570x to the new Build Number 15026. February 2017, the unit crashes 2 or more time before starting, I had been running it on an updated Build Number 15007.1000, on this build it would start fine.

I downloaded the Build 15026 form the "Get Windows 10 IoT Core Insider Preview"
