4. Add these link: https://login.microsoftonline.com/ and https://login.live.com/ and https://www.visualstudio.com/ to your trusted zone: Start the IE -> Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner -> Internet Options -> Security Tab, click the "Sites" ->  adds these sites.
5. Run VS as admin.
