We were not able to provide "Test notes(login credentials)" while submitting the app, however there is a signup option within the app. Is it necessary to cancel and submit the app again? Or is there a way to provide the "Test notes" while the app is in "Processing Certification" stage? Its been 3 days since we have submitted the app.

Please cancel and resubmit your app if you need to add certification notes.

To add notes, when you get to the step Upload and describe your XAP click on More XAP Options and you will see the certification notes field.
