EF4 is generating my Model from the database, but one of the Entities is missing its navigation properties. There are no errors, when the Model is generated from the database. Also the table relationships and conventions are exactly the same as all the other tables that have been mapped correctly.
It seems like it is affecting the one Entity, and all the Entities it should be mapped to (which are missing the reverse navigation property). I have tried deleting the mapping and trying again, but this one Entity seems to be a problem.
How do I go about debugging the problem?
I have double checked the database, and the relationships are setup fine. Also Entity in question has a primary key, and a few fields (nothing out of the ordinary). There are 18 tables in total, and they have all been mapped correctly apart from this one.

I have been using EF4 for a couple of weeks without no problems until now.
