I have installed an eval copy of WES2009 and I am unable to import an SLD using the Component Database Manager.  The following message is issued...

    Error: Cannot import SLD file The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.


I've rebooted, re-installed, nothing gets me past this problem.  Any ideas?

Did you apply full read/write access to the \windows embedded data\repostories folder?
