I try to crate a .exe a setup file which contains documents in pdf. I followed the process with "Other Project Types", "Visual Studio Installer". The setup was created correctly but I don’t know how to integrate the pdf to my setup. I want the solution also to install the path for the pdf with the pdf included.

This is the structure of my project with the folder documents

 

I want to add in my setup the information included in that folder documents. However, the setup only create a program which executed the code but the documents are not included.

Could you please help me and explain how to create such project?

Hello Jose,

You have limited control compared to other ways of building setup projects (re., Installshield) but hopefully this helps.

Select File System view by right clicking on the project:

The you have the ability to add a file into a folder as part of the install.  The screenshot below shows how to add a file to the user's desktop:

You also have the ability to add a new destination including custom folder:
