I am making a request to Customer Management Service Trying to call the GetAccountsInfo method.

I get this response back, i cannot find it anywhere in the documentation and have not seen the AccountLoadLight parameter in the documentation either.

解决方案

I see this error when calling FindAccountsOrCustomersInfo. In that context it means that the Filter element contains less than the minimum three characters. If you have the SOAP request still for GetAccountsInfo, support would be happy to investigate further: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-US/library/aa983155.aspx#engagesupport .. unless you meant you are using FindAccountsOrCustomersInfo..?

Also note that I've requested the error string to be updated. AccountLoadLight is an internal property, and we should be returning a user friendly message e.g. You must specify three or more characters in the search filter.
