Hi,

Two months back, I used to retrieve the CampaignTargets through this pair of methods GetTargetsByCampaignIdsRequest and GetTargetsByCampaignIdsResponse. But when I try to retrieve the Campaigns details through this, I am getting the NULL response for the Targets Day,Hour, Age & Gender. But Location, Devices, DeviceOs are working as expected. Can u Please confirm whether API is updated to retrieve the Targets using some other methods. Also I checked I checked the URL https://api.bingads.microsoft.com/Api/Advertiser/CampaignManagement/v9/CampaignManagementService.svc?Wsdl, I didn't find any method GetTargetsByCampaignIdsRequest/GetTargetsByCampaignIdsResponse.

Please share your information on this.

I tested in Sandbox and Production and am not able to repro the issue you mentioned. Your target may have been updated to target all days, hours, ages, and genders. Please feel free to escalate with your AccountId and CampaignId to support who can help investigate the specific Target in question. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-US/library/aa983155.aspx#engagesupport

Regarding GetTargetsByCampaignIdsRequest / Response, I do see it in the WSDL still. Please check again. https://api.bingads.microsoft.com/Api/Advertiser/CampaignManagement/v9/CampaignManagementService.svc?Wsdl
