I'm trying to execute a FindFolder call on a mailbox with the credential of a user that have full control on that mailbox. I get this error:

 

Exchange Web Services are not currently available for this mailbox because it could not determine the Client Access Services Server to use for the mailbox

 

All work fine if I use the user credential instead.

 

How to solve that?

Sounds like you are having problems proxying to the correct Client Access Server for that user. Do you know what your Exchange topology looks like? Is this a test environment or are you running against production servers over which you have no control?

 

A little bit on proxying. This occurs when the Client Access server to which you submitting your EWS request, is not in the same AD site as the mailbox which you are accessing. In this case we attempt to HTTP Proxy the request over to a Client Access server in the same AD site as the mailbox you are trying to access. What this error is saying is that we could not find a suitable Client Access server in the site containing the mailbox you are trying to access.
