Having trouble with this message appearing on start up: : Error loading C:\Users.... AppData\Local\uyizilizodow.dll which appears in my McAfee quarrentine. What is this and how do I fix it?

It has to be from a registry entry left by the infection, McAfee must have removed the dll but not the corresponding registry key.
