  I'm looking for an example of reading and writing xml files on Windows IoT core running on Raspberry Pi. I know how to do this in a .Net Windows applications.  I assume that I have to enable something in the Package.appxmanifest Capabilities.

There are no FilePickers in IoT (yet) so only relative paths (i.e. not C:\...) are allowed in file access.

Other than that, it is exactly the same as on Desktop 10. Remember that means all file calls are async only.
