I have heard about Windows IoT is supporting bitlocker nowadays. However I cannot get it running. Here is what I want to do:

As soon as I enter "manage-bde" or "diskpart" within my SSH-connection I get a command not found exception. So what am I doing wrong? What is missing? Do I need an insider preview build instead?
