I have a file link posted. it contains 2 files. One is a txt file and the other one is binary format of some kind. These files are for a briefing for a game I play. I looking for a way to convert the txt file to the binary file and then back again to a txt file. I haven't been able to figure out how they do this. I just can't find any information on this. I was hoping maybe some one has seem some thing like this before and would have an idea or 2 about how to do this.
