Hi,

I am trying to commit everything in the overlay including files and registry values.  Looking at the functions of the FBWF API on the MSDN library it looks to me that I can call the fbwfcommitfile function (drive = "C:" and path = "\\") to do what I want.  Is that true? 

I've read some posts about registry filter.  I don't know if I should use that in addition to the FBWF or if the FBWF itself covers all. 

I don't have an XP Embedded system to try out and I have extremely little knowledge on this OS.  What I am doing is to write something that I think will work and send it to someone else to test it (and keep my fingers crossed) so I'd like to be relatively certain before I send out my solution.

Unfortunately, FbwfCommitFile can be only used on files not directories or volumes.
EWF supports entire volume commit, though.
