Microsoft Translator Web Widget是免费提供的，并且没有应用于Widget的每月字符数限制。如果您要通过使用  Collaborative Translations Framework

The Microsoft Translator Web Widget is available for free and there is no monthly character limit applied to the Widget. If you are going to enable community translations by customizing the translations using the Collaborative Translations Framework (CTF) feature, you just need to associate the Translator API subscription with the free 2 million characters per month subscription.

作为Widget自定义过程的一部分，您选择每月订阅级别，系统会将参数添加到您的代码中。

As part of the customization process for the Widget, you select the monthly subscription level and the system adds the parameter to your code.
