Could you please share your project type?

Refer to the error message, please have a try with the following and build the solution after each step:

1. Go to Solution Explorer, click "Show All Files" and expand References, find the reference related to AxShockwaveFlashObjects, right click it and on properties window, find "Embed Interop Type". Set it "False". Make sure the reference object version is right.
2. Right click the project name and choose Properties-Security and uncheck the option "Enable ClickOnce security settings"
