I have got my developer account and have activated my Nokia Lumia 510 device.

How many devices can be registered with single developer account.Also can I unregister the Nokia Lumia 510 and register another device.

I am facing an issue with Nokia Lumia 510.The application I have developed is for German language,but in the device there is no display language support for Germany.
