You save your file then cut the column which you dont want to show your customer then again save it.

You can hide the column from Msp file but if your customer know MSP well they can insert those column and see the data very easily there is not way to lock the column.

So just create a copy of your MSP then cut the column via right click on column name once you will cut it all the value will be either empty(if column is text) or 0 (if column is number) then you can save it and give it to your customer.
