ms-Exch-EPI-Impersonation
ms-Exch-EPI-May-Impersonation

apparently the May-Impersonation is on a user basis. My question is there a way to allow the web service user to impersonate every single user in the exchange db? or everytime we add a new user who needs to be impersonated we need to explicitely add the May-Impersonate?
