I need to provide the facility to search the GAL of my company's Exchange 2007 server from a C# application - I've been pointed to using LDAP or Exchange Web Services (EWS)

 

Can anyone point me further in the right direction, perhaps with a few simple examples?  I've google'd about a bit to find information about EWS and LDAP but so far far none of it seems to apply to my particular scenario.

            I think best bet is using Windows PowerShell with C#. PowerShell Cmdlets are the easiest way to query exchange 2007. See GlobalAddressList in
