As already explained in the other thread, Encoder does not support frame-doubling deinterlacing, so a 25i -> 50p encode is not possible.

As for the output showing interlace weaving artifacts, many Live capture devices don't set the interlace flag properly and stream out interlaced data in progressive frames. Because of that, you will have to force the deinterlacing setting in Encoder. Just try one of the "Force" methods and it should resolve this issue.
