The easier way to test the generated "mini-website" is to simply ensure that the "Preview in Browser" option in the "Job Output" panel is checked before starting the "Encode" process.   This wa once encoding is complete Encoder will launch both the "localhost" website simulator "Microsoft.Expression.WebServer.exe" and the browser to the "mini-website".
