I was just wondering if there is any alternative way to talk to Active Directory services either from a Metro Style app (using C#) or from a standalone WinRT component? I used System.DirectoryServices earlier in my .NET libraries which I believe is not available for Metro apps. I need this for authorizing users to enable/disable functionalities based on their privilege.
