Hi,

My application need a payments procedure by that we can able to take payments from mobile operator account.Means need to take payment by just Mobile number.

For Example :

1.When a user Enter his/her mobile number.
2 then that user will get a Verification code by SMS.
3.if user enter that verification code then need to deduct payments from their mobile account.

Actually looking for an API that should be able to work with various standard mobile Networks

There is no easy and straight forward solution for your problem as every telco has their own core payment solutions and direct integration is almost impossible.

i assume you are working for some specific telco or financial institution hence contact them directly with your requirements.
