While using WPF Demo applications like Color/Infrared the Framerate is not constant. It stutters approximately around every second. It seems like the picture hangs in a buffer or something for a short moment. However this issue stops as soon as the C++ sample is running at the same time. If I close the C++ sample it will begin to stutter again.
