I am making an UWP application and am integrating a payment processor sdk.  I have been trying to reference the sdk project to the main project file in the same solution explorer window.  I keep getting an answer about being:  unable to reference project xyx.

The sdk vs project is a console app I believe and my project is a UWP.  I saw another post about a possible conflict there, but didnt see the path forward.  Has anyone ran into a similar scenario?
