For this MS sample of PDB parsing,

 

https://github.com/Microsoft/microsoft-pdb/search?q=cvexefmt&unscoped_q=cvexefmt

 

many files includes cvexefmt.h header, which is however missing in the project, and causes NMAKE to fail with message indicating the lack of such. Could you tell me where I can find authentic version of that?
