I got email from Microsoft, that I have to remove my app from the Windows Phone Store due to some copyright infringement. It's all about the title of my application: "Minecraft Skin Viewer" - someone doesn't like that I use word "Minecraft". I don't understand why, because this app is about the game. But anyway, if I change the name to MC Skin Viewer, will it be enough? Can I publish the app again with the different name just as an update?

Minecraft's site (https://minecraft.net/terms) says that Minecraft is a trademark. Now sure if it is true or not. But when searching in WP Store it automatically correct misspelling. You can rename your app into "MineKraft Skin Viewer" for example and people will still find your app using "Minecraft" keyword. Just compare search results
