Hello. The task was to create a simple email notification that contains newsfeed posts for a given week, be able to click on each "SocialThread.RootPost.Text" as a link back to the specific sharepoint post. I was able to retrieve and display Newsfeed based on this: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/jj163977.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396 specifically under "Retrieve social feeds by using the SharePoint 2013 .NET client object model". The issue is that each newsfeed must by a hyperlink (back to the post itself). I tried using SocialLink class but so far the "Source" and/or "Uri" properties come back empty. Is there a simple way to achieve this based on the preceding MSDN solution referenced? Thank you for your help!
