i have database consists of many tables in sql 2008, i want if any one performs select query to view table content need to audit that time & table name.


when ever select query hits on table of database, in audit table need to insert audit record consists table name & time details

i want to do this requirements with sql commands in windows azure

i can achieve this requirement with c# coding, but i want to do this in sql server only

can any one help me how to do this
