I would like to develop a a nice multi touch application. For my needs, I want to use the surface SDK, because the multi touch capabilies are so amazing. To develop all the multi touch logic on my own would be too hard for me. For this, I wanna use the SDK. The first is the "SurfaceToolkit.msi", the second "SurfaceToolkitRuntime.msi". Whre excactly is the difference between these two? Which version must be installed in which computer?
