It's no problem to deploy the apps, but they will not run. There is only a white screen. I've also tried it with C# programs and it worked well.

Do I need an interpreter for python or is it just a problem with the beta version of windows IoT? Or do you have other ideas or solutions?

I believe you can only deploy Python background apps as headless meaning they don't have a UI.  There are a few working examples under the samples tab here http://ms-iot.github.io/content/en-US/win10/StartCoding.htm
