I need to have the annual week numbers start with the week that includes January 1st.  Currently my timeline shows this as Week 53.  I know how to change this in Outlook, but I cannot find this in Project.  How can I do this?

This is determined by the time periods set in the system. The problem you are having is that the universe is not cooperating with you. If there were only 52 weeks in every year, then we would have a calendar that spans 364 days and we could eliminate those pesky leap years. The reality is that every six years we end up with a year that spans 53 weeks.
