Hi All,

First of all, I hope I'm posting this in the right sub forum; if not I apologize. Btw, I'm not a Software Engineer. I'm trying to understand this issue better. As for the problem with VS2008, my customer is developing an application for Win CE 5.0 in a handheld mobile computer with barcode scanner. He is always getting this error when compiling;

MissingMethodException
If a method in a class library has been removed, recompile any assemblies that reference that library.

This was the error message when compiling. May I know generally what is the obstacle here?
I appreaciate any feedback and comments. Thank you for your time.

This forum is meant for questions and issues relating to the Visual Studio developer documentation.  It sounds like your issue relates to small device development.  If so, you should post this question in one of the Visual Studio Smart Device Development forums: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/smartdevicedevelopment  There are forums there for both VB/C# as well as VC++ development.
