My team recently changed its area path, so I clicked on my old bookmark and immediately landed on the 404 page. This page is not useful in this situation; none of the "things you can try" would get me any closer to my team's new area path.

What would be useful is for the TFS top bar to be shown on the error page (from which I could browse to my new area path), or, at the very least, a button to take me back to the TFS home page. Currently, I have to manually type the TFS URL into my browser's address bar and then re-navigate from there. It would be much more convenient if I could start navigating directly from the error page.

Thank you for posting here.

When you change the path, the url will changed accordingly. So, the old bookmark will be invalid. It’s normal and by design.

Of cause, it will be helpful and convenient if the 404 page can guide us navigate to the right page.
